Anand Gopal is the President’s Chair of Information Systems and Innovation at Nanyang Business School. Previously, he served as the Dean’s Professor of Information Systems at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. His research interests are broadly in technology platforms, contracts and entrepreneurship. He has specific projects in technology-based entrepreneurship, secondary markets for tech products, mobile platforms and healthcare.

He has also worked for two years with PRTM (later acquired by PwC), a strategy and operations consulting firm specializing in the high-tech sector.
