He was an executive committee member for the Institute of Data Science (2019-2023). He worked on numerous databases in healthcare, insurance, retail, credit card, ride-hailing, and online game, among others. His works were published in the very top scientific journals in the world and were featured in more than 60 news outlets globally. He regularly advises start-ups in the area of marketing application with big data and artificial intelligence. Juin Kuan is a member of Singapore Institute of Directors and serves as board member for a publicly-listed company and start-ups.
