Panel 2

The 7 track speakers covered specific topics ranging from AI Governance, Evolving Tech Landscape, Strategic Decision Making with AI, Innovation with Data Science and Data Analytics, Personalized Customer Experience with AI, and GenAI in action.

In several speakers’ presentations and questions from audience, the importance of Explainable AI was brought up. In the age of increasingly complicated AI and bigger Deep Learning Neural Networks (Chat GPT 4.0 hits trillions of Neural Network parameters to optimise), it is important that AI predictions be explainable so that reasons and risks can be assessed, especially when millions of dollars or lives are at stake. In NTU executive education on AI and Analytics courses, we explain what questions to ask and show how to extract key information from AI models to achieve Explainable AI.
